St. Johns is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Our shift schedules vary by department to best care for our residents. St. John’s has competitive wages and benefits including PTO and  sick pay for full time employees (30+ hours/week). Eligible  employees may participate in health/HSA, dental and vision insurance, Dependent Care Flex Claim Reimbursement, 403b pension including company match, and numerous other programs.

St. John’s Leadership TeamHuman Resources Director

St. John’s Circle of Care is seeking a Human Resources Director to join our Leadership Team. The HR Director plans, directs, promotes and implements human resource management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources. Responsible for all functions of the human resources department, including employee development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and leadership & strategy.

A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and a minimum of 2 years progressive HR experience is preferred. PHR/SPHR preferred. Experience in long term care a plus.

St. John’s Leadership TeamFoundation and Community Relations Director

St. John’s Circle of Care is seeking a Foundation & Community Relations Director to join our Leadership Team. This position is responsible for all St. John’s foundation, marketing and community relations activities, including developing and implementing fundraising programs, grant writing, and overall campus communication strategies.

Basic qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Public relations is required. Equivalent experience in a related field will be considered. Previous experience in a related healthcare field is preferred.

Additional qualifications

Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a variety of constituents including donors, volunteers, staff, and community leaders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with marketing and/or community relations.
