St. John’s Circle of Care is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Our shift schedules vary by department to best care for our residents, assisted living residents and our daycare center’s children. St. John’s has competitive wages and benefits including PTO for full time employees (30+ hours/week), sick pay for all positions and an onsite daycare center that staff can have their children in while working during the day. Eligible employees may participate in health/HSA, dental and vision insurance, Dependent Care Flex Claim Reimbursement, 403b pension/ROTH including company match, Early Wage Access Program.
