Full-Time Night Shift RN/LPN Charge Nurse – $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus

• Shift is 12 hours, 5:00 pm – 5:00 am, 5-6 shifts per pay period, with potential to pick up more shifts, if desired.
• Every third weekend and rotating holiday schedule.
• $5.00/hour shift differential.

Full-Time Evening RN/LPN Charge Nurse = $3,000.00 Sign-on Bonus

• Shift is 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, 64-80 hours per pay period.

Full-Time Day Shift CNA -$2500.00 Sign-On Bonus

• Shift is 5:00 am – 5:00 pm; 84 hours/7 shifts per pay period.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday.

Part-Time TMA\CNA 

• Hours are 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm, 35 hours per pay period.

Part-Time Dietary Aide Position – High Schoolers encouraged to apply!!

This position primary hours are 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm with every other weekend and holiday rotation

Primary Duties:

• Provide dietary information for use by dietary personnel in preparation of foods for our residents.
• Assist cooks related to food prep of meals and supplements/snacks and serving residents.
• Understand resident’s dietary needs.
• Perform defined work routines/checklist as assigned such as dishwashing, cleaning duties, basic sanitation procedures as established by state and federal regulations.

Requirements of the position:

• Must be responsible and dependable, promote a teamwork environment.
• Must be able to follow facility policy and procedures.
• Must be able to follow safety and sanitation requirements for food stage, handling and cooking.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Must pass a DHS background study.

SALARY RANGE: $16.42 – $17.92 per hour

Full-Time Maintenance Technician – $2000.00 Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary: This is a full-time, primarily daytime hours position, average of 60 hours per pay period. This position will provide general maintenance for primarily Cottonwood Ridge Apartments and Riverview Homestead buildings.

 Summary of Job Description:

• Maintain grounds, including lawn mowing and minor snow removal from entrance, walkways, and other small areas as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance request items either from the Manager or homeowners.
• Check heating and cooling systems and routine maintenance throughout the year.
• Perform furniture and minor appliance repairs.
• Patch and paint as needed.
• Maintenance of smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms.
• Assist with maintenance projects at our long-term care and assisted living facilities.
• Once trained, will participate in on-call rotation for maintenance coverage of the campus.
• Other maintenance duties as needed within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid MN Driver’s License.
• Building maintenance experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain a boiler’s license within one year of employment.

SALARY RANGE: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour

SALARY RANGE: $16.55 – $18.05 per hour

This full-time position is primarily daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

SALARY RANGE: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Currently, we are taking applications for substitute teacher or unlicensed teacher positions.  This position will work in all classrooms as needed to fill in on an as-needed basis.

SALARY RANGE: $13.19 – $14.94 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

• Position is based on Monday through Friday, occasional weekend may be necessary for guest room cleaning
• Approximately 5-10 hours per week, generally split between two days per week, with some flexibility
• Responsibilities include housekeeping services for the building, primarily in the common areas and on occasional basis inside individual homes.
