At St. John's Circle of Care, hospice support focuses on comfort, peace, and quality of life. We partner with trusted hospice providers to deliver expert care on our campus, and we walk alongside families with dignity and respect every step of the way.

Understanding Hospice Care

Hospice care provides comfort-focused support for those living with a terminal illness. It is centered on managing symptoms, reducing pain, and enhancing the quality of each day. At St. John's Circle of Care, we honor each person’s values, preferences, and need for emotional and spiritual support.

Care Guided by a Dedicated Team

Hospice support at St. John's Circle of Care brings together a compassionate team that may include:

  • The resident’s own physician

  • Hospice nurses from our partner providers

  • St. John's direct care staff

  • Our in-house chaplain for spiritual and emotional support

This team supports the resident and also provides guidance and comfort to family members.

Caring for the Whole Person

End-of-life support involves more than medical care. Our in-house chaplain provides personal visits, quiet conversation, prayer, and guidance during times of grief and transition. This support is offered to residents and families throughout hospice care and beyond.

Our hospice room offers a calm, welcoming space designed for comfort and connection. This home-like room allow families and friends to spend meaningful time together in a peaceful setting that feels safe and familiar.
