Amy Arredondo, Director and Lead Preschool Teacher
  My name is Amy Arredondo. I started working at Grandkids in August of 2017. Before coming here, I was the manager of a child care center in Morton for 4 years. I attended Minneapolis Community and Technical College and Inver Hills Community College before moving to Morton in 2006. I have over 7 years of classroom experience as an assistant teacher as well as a lead teacher in various classrooms. My husband Tim and I have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. In my free time I enjoy golfing, vacationing, and spending time with family and friends.
Shandel Sell, Lead Toddler Teacher
  My name is Shandel Sell. After graduating high school from the Comfrey Public School, I went on to earn a degree in Child Development through SCTC-Mankato in 2005. I worked for 3 years in the Comfrey daycare before starting at grandkids in May of 2007. My husband Josh and I have two children; Colten and Kinsley. I enjoy 4-wheeling and spending time with family and friends.
LeeZa Moe, Infant Teacher
My name is LeeZa Moe. I started working at Grandkids in 2012 as a high school aide and substitute teacher. After earning an associates degree in Early Childhood Education In 2014 I left Grandkids to take on a lead Toddler Teacher position at a center in New Ulm. After realizing how much I missed grandkids, I returned in 2016 as the Infant Lead Teacher. In my spare time, I enjoy watching dirt track racing, reading, spending time with family and friends and weekends at the lake.
 
Lisa Anderson,  4 to K and VIk Teacher
  My name is Lisa Anderson. I started working at Grandkids/VIK in November 2006. I have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a specialty in Pre-Primary Education. I have been working in child care/early education field since 2008. I live in Springfield with my husband Jay. I like to spend most of my time with family and friends. In my free time I enjoy helping my husband on his black Angus Farm here in Springfield, taking my dog Harley on runs, reading, gardening, and participating in local 5Ks.
Kelsey Helget, Daycare Aide
Kelsey Helget My name is Kelsey Helget. I started working in Grandkids/VIK October 2017. My experience includes working at an in-home daycare and a Headstart program. I live in Springfield. Hobbies I enjoy are hanging out with my husband and daughter and Scentsy.
Haley Otto, Daycare Aide
Haley Otto My name is Haley Otto. I started working at Grandkids/VIK in September 2018. Before coming here, I worked at a learning center in Sioux Falls, SD for 2 years. I worked with infants to school-aged children. Prior to that, I worked for 3 years at St. Joseph Indian School in South Dakota. I live in Springfield. My hobbies are cooking and photography. My biggest joy in my life is my son. I love being a mother.
