The St. John Circle of Care offers a wide variety of services for people of all ages.  Please click on the following links for more information about the services St. Johns has to offer.

Therapy/ Rehabilitation Services 
The therapy department located within St. John Lutheran Home provides therapy services on an in-patient and out-patient basis to those in need.

Therapeutic Recreation
Therapeutic Recreation at St. John’s is designed to restore, remediate and rehabilitate a person’s level of functioning and independence in life activities, to promote health and wellness, as well as, reduce or eliminate the activity limitations and restrictions to participation in life situations. We pride ourselves on the multitude of daily activities that we offer to our residents at St. Johns. From Bus Outings to Concerts, Birthday Parties, Socials, Red Hat Ladies and Bingo. There is rarely a dull moment at St. Johns.

Grandkids/VIK Program
St. Johns offers 2 different child care programs depending on the age of your children.  The Grandkids program offer care to children six weeks old thru pre-school age.  The V.I.K. (Very Important Kids) program provides care for school age children ages 5-12.

Homecare Services
The St. John Home Care Services program offers home health services either in your own home, or within one of our Housing with Services establishments.

Riverhaven Alzheimers Care Unit
Riverhaven is a 19 bed locked unit within St. John Lutheran Home that provides a secure setting for those in need of Alzheimers or dementia care.

Adult Daycare 
St. Johns provides Adult Day services for those who need periodic assistance or to a family member in need of a brief respite.

Chapel of the Good Shepherd  
Opening in the year 2000, The Chapel of the Good Shepard is located within St. John Lutheran Home, and offers ecumenical services to the people of the campus and is open to the community.

Hospice Services
St. John Lutheran Home offers Hospice care in partnership with 3 Hospice service providers; Redwood Area Hospital Hospice, New Ulm Hospice and Compassionate Care Hospice

St. John’s Auxiliary
The purpose of the auxiliary organization is to promote and advance the welfare of the residents of St. Johns through interpretation of the home to the public, service to the home and it’s residents, and fundraising in a manner satisfactory to the governing board with the planning of the community.

MN West Community and Technical College
Minnesota West Community & Technical College has a satellite site located at the Maples Assisted Living Building on the St. John’s Circle of Care Campus.
