Full Time LPN/RN Day Shift Charge Nurse

St John Lutheran Home is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the day charge nurse. Day shift position is 5:00 am to 5:00 pm. 60-72 hours per pay period and every third weekend.

Must have current RN/LPN license in Minnesota; must possess good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating the day to day operations of resident care; communicate with physicians, families and staff on resident care; treats and ensures that residents are treated with respect and dignity and in compliance with regulations.

  • Every 3rd Saturday and Sunday 5 am – 5 pm and holiday rotation EEO/AA

LPN/RN Openings – Casual Position

  • Casual position is required to work a minimum of one weekend shift per month at the request of St John Lutheran Home to assist in meeting staffing needs.  EEO/AA

PART-TIME CNA POSITION:

  • Shift is 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm.  This position includes a $2.00 shift differential.
  • 35 hours per pay period.
  • Every other weekend and holiday.
  • Potential for more hours.

 


CASUAL CNA POSITION

  • Casual position is required to work a minimum of one weekend shift per month at the request of St john Lutheran Home to assist in meeting staffing needs.

 

  • All full-time positions include 18 days of PTO and an additional sick bank
  • St. John’s values work life balance and schedules on a 12-hour shift model with a maximum of 84 hours per bi-weekly pay period.
