Dietary Information
St. John Lutheran Home Dietary Department provides meals for the residents of the Nursing Home, Vista Ridge , hospital patients, employees of the nursing home and hospital, GrandKids, VIK, and guests of the residents.
St. John Lutheran Home Dietary Features:
Monthly Birthday dinner is served inviting two people to eat with each resident who has a birthday that month. Extra guests may also join their resident for a small charge.
Resident / Dietary Council meetings are held monthly where residents participate in holiday and/or special menu selections. Special requests and meal comments are discussed to ensure satisfaction.
