The Home Care Services Program is
licensed as a provider for individuals in the Housing-with-Services
Settings at Vista Ridge and Cottonwood Ridge, as well as in private
homes. Intermittent services are
intended to allow clients to live in the least restrictive setting
possible.

Licensed Nurses Can
Provide:
- Medication set-up and management
- Assessments and care planning
- Physician updates
- Other intermittent skilled services
Home Care Staff Can
Provide:
Health Related Support Services
- Assistance with dressing, grooming and
bathing
- Personal Safety Contacts
- Socialization
- Coordination of care
Health Care Services
- RN Delegated Services
- Medication Administration
- Blood Glucose Testing
- TED Stocking Application
- And others
- Meal Preparation
- RN Trained and Supervised Staff
Home Management Services
- Household chores contributing to a clean, safe living
environment, such as:
- Light Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Snack Preparation
- Shopping
The program does not provide room and board
and does not pay raw food costs, the cost of laundry or
housekeeping supplies, or the cost of operating laundry
equipment. The program does not provide transportation.

Personal Foot Care Visits
Visits can include:
- Foot Soak
- Nail Trimming
- Pare Corns
- Lotion Massage
